Send your sample

Draw 1 ml into a syringe or pack 3 tablets, label them, take a photo and ship the parcel with a tracking number to the lab.

Fill in the form

Right after shipping: the guide links to a short form. Enter the substance, the manufacturer and your tracking number there — using the same email address as in your order.

Roughly 4 weeks after the sample arrives at the lab you get the report by email. You can check progress any time on the status page.

The guide is sent to this address – please double-check it. Use the same address you are a member with, and enter exactly the same one in the form after shipping. That is the only way we can match your sample to your order. With a different address we have to track it down by hand, which delays your result.

With Klarna or bank transfer the payment provider takes longer to confirm – usually a few hours, sometimes one or two days. Your guide is sent automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed. Please do not order again in the meantime.
